How to Make a Meteor

Here's how I made mine, more towards martial arts hammer - tho I'm interested in performance arts too. The one I made is approx. 3,6meter long, 10mm rope meteor hammer, end weight being around 300grams, though very easily adjustable. If you're more towards muscle training (gives you pretty good burn to back, bicep/triceps/forearms and ofc core also since the meteor hammer is pretty heavy.

Cost is only few euros. It depends on how much you want to spend on spinning rope tho

is meteor worth learning i wanto but dont wanna learn but dont wanna quit like i did with dub staffs (im not built for it i guess and i alwasy thing theyre poi when i spin them ) and well ive seen some awsome metoer spinning and so yeah

both hands in the middle region of the rope, but not too close together, swing it together in the same direction , make sure your hands are follwing one after the other...
