Um Astroboy Sonic and the secret rings actually got good reviews and was better than the cr@ppy Xbox 360 and PS3 one. Besides that game was rushed and wasn't completed, that's why it had all those glitches. Also Sonic Rush 2 is coming out this September which brings back the 2-D gameplay which is the only reason why his games are good not the 3-D ones.

Sorry to say it, but Sonic is a doomed series. This is unless, they don't mess with the game and throw in all those useless characters. That, and they need to quit being so goddamn repetitive, it's cool the first time you run through a loop, but doing it about 4 times on each level ruins the whole thing.

The way you play is weird and unexpected, you can play as only 2 characters, and the minigames are only good because of how they utilize the wii controller. Pathetic game, they should make a different, more traditional 3D game.

In a sense I agree and disagree. I guess it is a bit of strangeness getting used to using the Wiimote, but I think it's okay. However, there should at least be a way where you can use regular controls (ex. use of Gamecube controllers) to play the game. I still think it's not a bad game, and better than Sonic the Hedgehog for Xbox 360 and PS3. :P

Sonic exists just for the same reason you and I do. On his home planet (Mobius) anthropomorphism (animal-people) is totally normal. About why he's so fast is still a mystery. A lot of people believe that his shoes are what makes him fast, but I personally like to believe otherwise. As for Shadow, this case is true. Shadow's shoes are exactly what make him fast. That's why he needs those rocket-shoe-skate-things; he can't run fast.
