I just now watched the play online, thought it was excellent. I'm a U.S. Army officer cadet, but I got a couple good friends in the British Army (one currently in Helmand with the Territorials), and I felt the play captured a lot of things about soldiers which most people don't understand.

I didn't much care for the American woman in this going on about being "ashamed." I didn't agree with going in Iraq either, but I'm still joining the Army so she can shove it. Still I liked the play a lot.

Hi, real shame you missed it, but you have to go and see the show so much better than on tv etc. It's playing rothes hall (glenrothes) and secc glasgow in march/april 08 get yourself a ticket. My boyfriend is one of the actors and loves whenever someone from the real blackwatch comes in talks about you guys the same way he talks about the celebs that go to see it. You must go and see it live!

thanks but we are relly nothing speshal, we just do a job. the real celebs are the ones that did not make it back is for them that we need paple litke your bf ,that tell the story of what we do it makes it worth it because we dont tell, it sum times to hard for us . when is it playing in the secc .

it's on from the 11th - 18th of April, you can book tickets through the secc website but book soon. I'm going the sat 12th 8pm showing and when i booked a couple of weeks ago there was only about 60 tickets left for that night. Tickets are expensive but so worth it. Let me know if you get tickets and then I can tell him your going. They're in australia at the mo so not getting many of you guys in! You guys really are something special I could never do the job you do xx
