I didn't know what Cayce looked like so I watched youtube vid "Edgar Cayce:Legacy of Edgar Cayce Part 2-A.R.E.". I took a good look at the pics at 1:04 and 1:09,(a close-up),at 1:25,(slightly older) and at 3:40 - for comparison and to be honest - not one of them looks remotely like this bloke.
