i know where 1:29 is. does anyone know if you can just walk into these houses because me and my friends are trying to come to these places at like 3 in the morning
I live next to an old cabin (next to= yards from my house) kind of like these. (There're a lot on the Iron Range.) Whenever I look at one of these beautiful broken houses I can practically feel the history radiating off of them.
May I ask where some of these houses are? A friend of mine and I make a point of driving around trying to find old houses to take pictures and try to talk to the owners. We are working on writing a book about historic places and abandoned houses around Johnston County and Wake County. If you could help with the locations for some of these old houses, it would sure be appreciated and help us out a lot! (I live close to Zebulon and my friend lives in Garner.)
@jocogurlt thats true, but these old places are disappearing fast, because of developing new interstate highways, new gas stations and hotels being built. Its sad seeing american history get destroyed because of that.
That was a grand ol' beauty at 1:37..such a shame they are all lying abandoned. I loved this video!

nice pictures of the old houses and other buildings. nice to see them captured on film before they like the memories they hold disappear.
