Burton "Buddy" Kallick died of cancer on Jan 17, 2007. His voice was like Dick Vitale's...It started off grating on you, but then you came to appreciate it. I miss those commercials.

The news intro w/ the old Channel 3 logo had to be from 1990 because the logo changed in 1991 a little while after Multimedia (now Gannett) purchased the station from NBC.
