That doesn't seem very safe to use a skid steer to take down a three-story house. Looks like the demolition company people decided to be cheapskates and cut corners. I'm pretty sure that's also a safety violation.
That was stupid....too risky in my opnion to use something so small....while they may have saved money using a skidloader, it also would have taken them a lot longer than if they had used an excavator....time is money.
If your on a job site it doesn't matter whether it's a cat, case, john deere, or bobcat, their all refered to as bobcats. I hardly ever here anyone call them skid steers.
