this is very well designed ingame ads if anything. those i would jut ignore, or mod out. just like i did all my ad in gta. however some ads really can get annoying ingames. but its a way to earn moeny for developers. if ads liek those means the game goes free, im all up for it.

There are two ip's you can block and that's it. I've never seen an ad in BF2142. Here are my iptables (linux) rules that are on my SOHO router:
iptables -I FORWARD --destination 72.3.184.144/28 -j REJECT --reject-with icmp-host-prohibited
iptables -I FORWARD --destination 72.32.5.0/28 -j REJECT --reject-with icmp-host-prohibited

It seems as if that's all the legit ads the game has. (legit = real) Just Intel and the occasional Future Weapons.
