  • What a bangin night that was celebrating me 19th. Got a few pics of some of you guys

  • Its funny seeing these videos, the raves now are different everyones on a mad one.

  • Good stuff...what a little honey in the white at 27 secs and a cool little dancer, where are they all now?

  • This style of music is coming back. Check out anything from the label French express. Is there any dance culture like this anymore? I'm sick of top 40 dance. I want the underground back.

  • 3:21 any1 know the name of this song? fat tune :)

  • what song at 1:09 ?

  • im 22 and i miss these times very much. LSD and Rave, yeah. Fuck present culture of gags with iphones and fake xtc (some shit, not mdma) or LSD without LSD (research chemicals on blotter).

  • @czoko7

"im 22"... you would have been a ONE-year-old when this happened - how can you say you miss "these times"?? lol gtfo

  • Notice how you didn't have be half naked or covered in neon colors to attend.

  • @spirossampson Rhythm is a Mystery by K-Klass

  • Can anyone ID the track which comes in at 05.34?

  • what did we all learn from this video? Brits have NO rhythm!

  • tune at 6.20?

  • I was born on 3.9.1991!

  • Whilst the old 90s parties were great in their relative innocence, friendliness and new music there were downsides. The places were strewn with people puffing, gurning, unable to talk, looking anxious, feeling down and so on. And whilst you're feeling super connected, when you look most people are just dancing on their own and looking into space. It's not like say the 50s where people used to dance together.

  • @MobTec2001 Times change man.

  • Looks alot more friendly then the raves now adays.

  • @qwestman222 fuck yea

  • what's the tune at 6.40? x

  • these parties were so cool. everybody just dances and you can see theyre realling connecting. fucking awesome

  • Uploader,I really appreciate if you can make a playlist of songs played in video :D

  • @ 5:16

    Who brought their mum ?

    .

  • @BIGPIMPINUPDANYC She thought it was a Barbara Streisand concert. Yet little did she know! Haha!

  • the young woman at 5.46 is as adorable as i remember the rave chicks. so weird to see us looking so young

  • @BabyJesus607 yeah course mate, that's why so much music today samples all the old rave tracks, it's just not the same these days

  • These people will all be hitting 40 now.

  • wow! raves this times are far more entretaining than back in the day!

  • Love this; I love the free style dancing, just going with the flow of the music.

  • Fucks sake what has happended. Nowadays its shite

  • @manicbassa HA UR IN THE WRONG PLACE MATE...

  • hahahaha...me and our Anthony like sweaty little kids @ 1:17....memories flooding back. what a night. went to the beach afterwards!!!

  • God they really dont make dance music like this anymore, that second tune is utter class. Im 26 and really wish i could have experienced this scene, and without sounding like a twat the pills must have been great haha :)

  • @benno25 love the dancing aswell, proper jacking and going for it :)

  • i was born on that day aha

  • Can anyone name the tune on 2:00? thanks in advance

  • Can anyone name the tune on 2:00? thanks in advance

  • Just miss it =)

  • BIG UPS TO ALL THE MODERN RAVERS (K HEADS CAN FUNK OFF) BUT KEEP THE MAGIC ALIVE!! PEACE AND LOVE TO ALL XXX

  • damn i was a little baby during this time, wish i could have been there for this, i love 90s house music it owns!!!

  • Lmao I'm only 15 but that's when rave was just growin up

  • im 17 year old but HOLY PARTY IN THAT YEARS ;D !

  • @BabyJesus607 Maybe better then the early 90s. That when the shit just started so of course it may be better then that. But the late 90s early 00s nothing will compare to that time period. Sorry been to raves today and they aint the same. Raves went up to pick then have been going down every since.

  • Raves are better today then they where in the 90s if you don't believe me go to Camp Bisco.

  • This is Gold!

  • tempi d oro....

  • I was there in 91 - never went to the Floral Hall, I do remember Scream @ Pontins in Jan 92, all the roads where icy as and tunes mainly hardcore, plus a strange band called Delta 9. Thing that killed the rave scene was all the snarler dickheads on coke acting the big gangsters; an example is the tosser at 9mins 12s - candidate for a proper kicking in the toilets - watch his nose explode due to all the beak. Sorry for the neg vibe, there were proper awesome people too : )

  • @TheGoodalpha No what you mean about the time but the floral was not like that never had any trouble over camera just love and the odd person who ran or ducked I filmed the scream and it's on my channel delta 9 were a bit weird but the guy at 9.10 sat on the stage was one of the Dj's and was knackered falling asleep had done a 3 hr set and it was the end of the night , he still Dj's today in Brighton and around the world (Dj Jeff Daniels) and I never saw any fights at this venue in three years.

  • @rogermellie1969 Re the guy at 9.10 - a case of everything not being what it appears : )

  • @TheGoodalpha

    The guy sitting down ?

  • 90s > 00s & 10s

  • @MindOfCreativity No mate, sorry, but it was all about the early 90's; there was a shared vibe in those days that will never be repeated - if you were there then you know exactly what I mean and will remember that loved-up buzz on genuine Ecstasy . It was helped by the genuine ravers and the tunes - fresh, cutting edge, each one unique in its sound and melody - so many anthems!. I really like the Ibiza Trance sounds (98-2003) and old school will never die, closer to all your dreams.

  • @TheGoodalpha I'm saying 90s (is greater than sign) 00s and 10s.

  • @MindOfCreativity Sorry man, that > sign passed straight over my head. Respect

  • @TheGoodalpha haha oh it's ok man, ;) 90s were wicked!

  • @TheGoodalpha ..says it all...smack,crack,pissheads killed it,my last time out was news years eve 93.

Didnt dress to impress, loved tiger balm too...lol..xx

  • Is that Pauline Querk?

  • amfetamina :|

  • Who the hell was the dj? He was utter shit! Trumpets all over the place

lolz. He just slams in choons randomly

  • @PhuxAche1972 This is a mix up of clips from the night it's not the dj mixing it is the clips put together.

  • @rogermellie1969 Lol dude, I was just fookin about man. I wanted to see if anyone would msg me about my comment lol. But back in the day there were dj's like that haha! ATB Mate! :)

  • @PhuxAche1972 True there were dj's like that back in the day and there still are now but back in the day it was not all about the dj like it is now it was all about the vibe we the people created around us. :)

  • This is fantastic footage, it makes me feel like I'm there. I used to rave from 2001-2004 and I the generation before mine always told me how sweet raves used to be. Way less people standing around in 91 then in my time. Thanks for the footage!

Amazing to think that all those young people there, will now be a bit past it now - just like me!!!

Well I still go clubbing now who cares!

  • Lol simple reason for that man. Every song back then was a hit! Unlike these days where the DJ's play a few ok songs and once in a while a hit.

  • young and skinny

  • @MrCanibe what?

  • @DiQblo7 the shamen, move any mountain

  • @csm027 Thx man :D But is it original version?

  • im sad todays youth cant 'let it all go' like we did back then, image conciousness overrides the need to enjoy yourself.

  • Lol, I wish I could rewind time for a day and experience these raves. Raves today are so intense.

  • 07:07 was that Charlie Sheen waving in the background???

  • aaaahahaha get in ther obscene dancin the lot, fuck me the drugs wer good back then

  • This is what a rave should look like, not a moshpit full of idiots on ketamine, what happened to the love?

  • And there serving beer too! No No No big vibe killer

  • Ha Ha you're totally wrong there General I'm 43 and was at many of the big rave events at that time which is why I commented on the lack of lasers strobes etc.

The Eclipse at Coventry was nightclub of the year at that time not the Ministry of sound as most London centric commentators would have you believe

  • m mum said she went to this :L

  • my mum said she went to this :L

  • omg this looks like so much fun! too bad i was only 1 years old when raves were like this lol

  • so this is how they got the saying white men cant dance

  • haha no deejay could mix for toffee back then! lol but no-one give a flyin f*ck

he created us to eat, sleep, shit, fuck, get educated and party!!

  • Where can I find music like this?

  • the early 90s fashion...:) so baad!

  • @thekyzer may god bless you THANKS!

  • i was born at this rave actually

  • Looks class. Good tunes and everyone enjoying themselves!

  • Not a beer in sight ..man them biscuits must have been something elese

  • not one person drink alco pure wiped out just

  • love the bassheads tune...

  • @victorray2011 We had lasers and strobes but lighting was very expensive and lasers very new and could only be used for ten min at a time or they would over heat not like the equipment today and believe me this place was not quiet, we have it easy today with all the lighting and special effects promoters had it hard then with the funds they had and the cost of everything you get a lot more for your money now but people had a great time and did not need 10-20 crap pills to do it.

  • @rogermellie1969 Strobes & Lasers do not a rave make . . .get him fucking told !

  • @rogermellie1969 Well said my friend! 1991 was when I started and it was an absolute golden era. I still go out today, but it's not as good and never will be. These clips bring back many happy memories though! And the pills were totally different back then!

  • @rogermellie1969 It looks like some kid wasn't there to appreciate it...

  • @rogermellie1969 i only need 1 and a half now to have an amazing time, good pills are back.

  • and btw it looks fucking live! guy doesent know what hes on about lol.

  • @rogermellie1969 You're so right. Just like how a band shouldn't need stage prescence to be ''good''.

  • @victorray2011

come on it was 1991! ...this shit was just gettin started at that point.

  • @victorray2011 its the fuckn 90's what do you want?? hahahahaha

  • @victorray2011 It's about the music.
