I have a soft spot for any '93ish solid axle Toy! This one sounds more aggressive than my 22re...3.0 perhaps? This looks similar to one I saw in Petersens 4 wheel / Readers Rigs section, but it had a different bumper and 35" Boggers. Nice Truck!
@cdm121880 nice imo the sound of a 22re with the right exhaust beats most v8's then again thats my opinion, i love the older toyotas, nothing can stop them
Those small trucks are perfect weight and size for off roading.

@cdm121880 nah its a 22re mine sounded the same, its just the exaust, could be a flomaster or just open headers

@renster143 Yeah, since that comment I have added a thrush welded muffler (knock-off Flowmaster) and removed the cat., sounds very similar now.

@renster143 Yep, gutless, but very reliable. I run dual 'cases with 4.7:1 crawler gears in the rear case. The gears over-come the lack of horsepower.
