The state sign a agreement to accept $33 million a year for 3 years and then the state has to keep paying the $33 million there after. This has everything to do with the feds not living up to the responsibility that THEY took. Louisianans pay taxes for the EPA, FEMA, etc. to deal with these crises. The feds took on the responsibility, and did nothing. And now, they stop the states from fixing it. This is a failure of the federal government.

It just raises you operating cost after Fed money runs out of the state and your hung by the agreement you signed for the first $100 million. When every person that has a turban is a Sikh (an Indian religion)! They are Indian and not even Middle Eastern.
