Using the aforementioned set of data, assuming a proportional distribution of offenses committed by cops arrested and those not, one could logically conclude that 60% of cops are criminals. That percentage is probably 100% if conspiracy and aggravated perjury are counted (re: the blue wall of silence.)

I'm going to reiterate this but the reason mumia is still in jail and all his appeals have been denied is because of 1 simple fact, his defense contains no facts, its all based on speculation, hearsay, and a note that was from a medical examiner who is not a ballistics expert who threw it away when he realized he was mistaken. The decisions in the appeals all say the same thing, there is no credible evidence to the contrary. 30 years later it still doesn't exist

This is certainly a sad and tragic story, but I think it could have been told a little better. It is as though Cherone is trying to by like Bob Dylan with the Hurricane story.

Police knew on Dec. 10 already who did it. They had Kenneth Freeman in a police line. Three witnesses recognized him but they let him go.

Ever since Michael has been presenting this case from the police and Maureen Faulkner's point of view-the correct one-the formerly popular POV has gone back into the woodwork. Nothing from that camp so far here. It's been said in the past that Mumia looks more innocent the farther you get from Philadelphia. He's probably an embarassment in Hollywood and on the left by now.
