  • you soposed to swing acrosss you chest...make your hands wider..keep it straight..and rolll your body..wait untill you get till your waste to whip keeep that hand sideways and wait untill the last minutee..pop and swing over to the other side and look were your going...your sight is very important...attack the floor when you do air tracks..the walk overs wouldnt really work..

  • You're catching arms too close to your head and it's bending. it looks like your doing a 2000 with your arms, so when you catch yourself from that throw it should look like your almost a Y with your arms, it should make your catch easier and that the rest will be your legs swinging, I give you props though, I can't really get the hang of this power move

  • do the intro kick back fast with left leg then quickly swirve to a curved kick with right. and when ya wanna put the hand to land do it diagonal

  • u need more torque in your waist, you can generate torque using your arms. it takes practice. keep it up though

  • Dont hop in the airflare you stretch across your making the mistake hopping because its to high and your setting it for more like a

    90's transition,u got great hip turn you just need to kick that power leg to the sky and stay on that hand long like what your doing and when u let go lay out the body and u will land for the catch and then u got it.man someone needs to help this girl if i was in that country i could show how to do this in a heartbeat

  • Yes what most people are saying about swinging your leg is correct. Also 2 more things: try to SWING YOUR LEGS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BEFORE PUTTING YOUR LEFT HAND DOWN, that way you have more momentum to hop. Also, you need to move in a circle, you are facing the same direction so LEAN to the side and have your upper body circle around your legs especially for the 2nd airflare.

    Never seen girl airflare before, thats pretty awesome where r u from?

    Nice keep posting your progress! I wanna prove to some girls that girls can airflare so they will try ;) I actually need to clean mine up, I want to do a lot more than 3-4 =/.

    I just remember what helped me get my 2nd airflare! Try working on going to windmill first. It's a lot easier then doing another airflare, and then u can keep your momentum going so you will learn the feel, and then either try airflare > swipe or 2 airflares! You can do it!!! Other bgirls counting on u =]

    I think your legs are fine on most of the takes you have done. Airflare is all about shifting weight. Why do you think people have done airflares in every leg variation?

    Well my advice is to lean, and lean hard into it. This means, when you deadman 90, lean the opposite way of when you airflare & really spin before you throw. Also when you catch dont stop your body. Lean hard again to shift your weight. Ill try to get a video this week, as a tutorial

  • urgh nice job really your the first ive seen that has it the right way (girl wise that is) its not your legs its not your weight its your arms if you keep doing them that way your going to end up doing them 2 ways

    1 too high so it looks like handstand hops

    2 you wont get as many

    you have to open your arms wider as if you were holding 2 people back trying to fight one another than trying to put your hands up at a hanna montana concert

  • oh yeah you go the same way i do so if you want more air time kick your "right" leg upwards to buy you time to open your arms more

    then of course when you get this down you dont need to kick anymore however with this be very very careful and do these on those mats cause doing it this way looks and feels alot better but its not something to do without mats ;)

  • Try swinging your left leg all th way instead of kicking it. If you kick you're gonna bend your leg and lose momentum, resulting enough momentum for only one Airflare. I thought I had to kick too, until I realised I would only drop if I bend my legs or swung my leg too softly. Ohh yeah, try to open your legs as wide as you can, it also helps, while making your Airflares look nice.

  • hmm.. well first you needa wear comfortable clothes....second it seems as if you are mainly moving your upper body and not controlling your legs. When kicking your legs you need to swing 'em fast and build momentum and keep them in the air. Your upper body is to control how fast you should twist and of course balance. main key are strong arms when landing and hopping off and also your legs need to be split and moving. remember momentum!! hope this helps good luck!

  • when u first put down ur right hand, dont put it down pointing straight up, put it down point down. that way, u can make sure u spin and get as much momentum before u kick. kinda hard to explain. but yeah. lol
