I also get a canker soar once in blue moon, but really the best way to bring the pain down to zero is applying plenty of salt right onto the canker soar, it will burn for about 30 seconds i'd say, but after that there is no pain. I get canker sores all the time! I get mine from most chewing gum, or sometimes when my stomach is over acidic.
I've found the best remedies are the salt water rinse morning and night, or there's Alum (bought at a pharmacy). Similarly to the rinse you just add some Alum powder to warm water and gargle - this stuff is pretty gross... Tastes weird and it's an astringent so it momentarily removes ALL saliva and your mouth feels dry - but that's why it works! Only thing is DON'T swallow it.

PURCHASE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AT WALMART. its 68 cents and burns the canker sore in less then 15 secs place some peroxide on a q tip and place on the sore. once thats over all that left is a hole where the sore used to be but there is no pain and all the white is gone. and you do not have to put up with it for the next to weeks :) this kid is stupid

and the pain of the burnt canker sore is way way less than the pain before. just make sure to COMPLETELY STERILIZE. don't wanna get an infection. also make sure to burn all of the sore or it'll come right back. hot metal or silver nitrate, cauterizing is cauterizing. saves a trip to the dentist, which by the way my dad is one and I'd just as soon do this than drive the 15 minutes to his office to get a silver nitrate stick
fastest way to get rid of a canker sore is to cauterize it. that will kill the skin, but it will scab over and almost provide instant relief if you can buck up and take the pain of burning it off for half a second. you won't even notice after 2 days tops. the dentist uses silver nitrate to do this, but I just sterilize something metal, heat it, and stick it right on the ulcer. hurts like a mofo, but by far the best way for fast relief.
yea salt and worm water helps but another way is rubing the sore with lemon and salt untill it starts bleeding its painfull lol but it works trust me i always do that when it bleeds that means the cranker sore infection is dead its painfull when u rub it but once it bleeds the pain goes away trust me it works

i know the best remedy that works for me, and its free.
1. Get lemon juice
2. Get a cotton ball
3. soak cotton ball in lemon juice
4. Apply directly to sore, and push most of the juice out onto the sore

I used to get canker sores all the time on my tounge I wouldnt use coke coke has sugar in it that would only FEED the canker sore and make it bigger,,to make the pain go down try using ambosol its for tooth aches but,,it will numb the sore so you can eat,,or try oragel,,it will numb it too,,,or you can take some baking soda and mix a little bit with water make a paste and apply it. to the sore,its basically an anti acid any way,mine were caused by nerves and worried about things,,

Canker Sores are due to lack of brushing teeth. Start brushing your teeth and the cankers wont appear.

@RandomVideosUploaded Wow guy you are a dumb ass I brush my teeth before and after sleep and I have one. Mine was likely caused by lack of sleep look up causes ass hole. Am now getting 3-4 hrs sleep due to personal medical issues, then all of a sudden bam canker sore.

I get canker sores all the time! I get mine from most chewing gum, or sometimes when my stomach is over acidic.
I've found the best remedies are the salt water rinse morning and night, or there's Alum (bought at a pharmacy). Similarly to the rinse you just add some Alum powder to warm water and gargle - this stuff is pretty gross... Tastes weird and it's an astringent so it momentarily removes ALL saliva and your mouth feels dry - but that's why it works! Only thing is DON'T swallow it.

IF you want to get rid of canker sores. PURCHASE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AT WALMART. its 68 cents and burns the canker sore in less then 15 secs place some peroxide on a q tip and place on the sore. once thats over all that left is a hole where the sore used to be but there is no pain and all the white is gone. and you do not have to put up with it for the next to weeks :) this kid is stupid

Drown that shit with hot sauce, lemon juice, mustard....rinse it all out and pour good ol' salt on it...it wont hurt afterwards...during, it will hurt like a bitch. Then when the pain goes away its bliss and the sore disappears in like....2 days..

check your tooth paste for soduim luarl sulfite. its terrible for you and tears your skin. also avoid citrus while u have a canker sore.

and the pain of the burnt canker sore is way way less than the pain before. just make sure to COMPLETELY STERILIZE. don't wanna get an infection. also make sure to burn all of the sore or it'll come right back. hot metal or silver nitrate, cauterizing is cauterizing. saves a trip to the dentist, which by the way my dad is one and I'd just as soon do this than drive the 15 minutes to his office to get a silver nitrate stick

fastest way to get rid of a canker sore is to cauterize it. that will kill the skin, but it will scab over and almost provide instant relief if you can buck up and take the pain of burning it off for half a second. you won't even notice after 2 days tops. the dentist uses silver nitrate to do this, but I just sterilize something metal, heat it, and stick it right on the ulcer. hurts like a mofo, but by far the best way for fast relief.

yea salt and worm water helps but another way is rubing the sore with lemon and salt untill it starts bleeding its painfull lol but it works trust me i always do that when it bleeds that means the cranker sore infection is dead its painfull when u rub it but once it bleeds the pain goes away trust me it works

There's a product called Canker Cover. It helps ALOT. It's a little annoying depending on where the sore is at but it really helps. :)
