I'm sorry, but the 8th Amendment piece about Manning is off base. I think that is a little bit of sensationalism used as an example. There are a lot better examples out there than this over-hyped, incorrect assessment of his treatment.
To young people who question authority reasonably, I commend you!
But, let us inform you, your indoctrinated to believe many programmed lies! For example, claiming U.S. Constitutional Rights, which your taught in Public Schools, which you don't legally have a right to claim!!!
If you don't believe this read the documents page on the Four Freedoms (pages 13-15) on the web site seagov dot info.
Afterwards, then tell me what U.S. Constitutional Rights you can legally claim?
Man I hate youtubes buffer progress bar. Its never accurate. Its says it buffered half the fucking video but it still stops every 5 fucking seconds. Gawd damn it!
Well without knowing exactly what was going on before the police showed up, it's a little hard to pass judgement. Not that I believe the police wouldn't violate the Bill of Rights, I just mean these situations warrant more information. E.g. if the third guy had been saying "I have an idea, let's go assassinate the president", that's a "clear and present danger" and can be stopped, but we don't know what he said.
