@pandaxzoo Apperently here's the details if one is to believe in such things gathered of internet.

The photographer's name is Aleksei Batcujev. Worked in town of Pevek, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug in a photo atelier/shop in the 1970's-1980's. Died in 1993.
