I didnt recognize the theme @ 1st, but now i remember! In the movie, this is the part when Sayuri/Chiyo tries to sleep with the general in order for him to contribute to the chairmen's fundings. or something like that.....either way she knows that the general wants her, & if she tells him no, he will not help her chairman. So 3:20 is when Pumpkin walks in with the chairman & he finds Sayuri under the general right after he starts penetrating her.
