@CoolerKing37 Actually, you'll find that this was also based on the comics. Which the movie is based off. And why? It's a comic-book movie, almost a direct rendition. It was begging for a cartoon. More so than a movie, though I really love the movie but, I mean, The Mask is like some kind of cartoon-character let-loose in reality, so this Cartoon makes an awful lot of sense.

Toons used to be a lot fun those days. There were 30 shows like batman, spiderman, ironman, superman, justice league, hulk, Mask, looney tunes, swat kats, mask, dexter, Scooby Doo, PPG, Johnny Bravo, Laff-a-lympics, mickey, donald, Cap'n Planet, Dennis, ..There were no boring programs those days.

Hell, it wasn't just cartoons that were better in the 90's, it was television in general. These days I have only about 3 shows that are on a week that I like (for those of you who care they're Bones, House and Vampire Diaries) when it used to be that I could change the channel at any given half-hour or hour at any day of week and find something worth watching, and I didn't even have cable until the tail end of the 90's. It's just downright pathetic just how bad T.V. has become in recent years.
