  • how about a new tour demand it this band rocks

  • my fav song on the cd!

  • @gettarz Mine too, greatest Hard Rock jam ever

  • I've always thought these guys never got their due. So much honesty in all their stuff. Thankfully I'm not the only one that thinks so.

  • Hey Everybody, Their new website is up

! You can get all the stuff re-released and more. DVDs and t-shirts and stuff. .thefourhorsemendotcom

  • @TheOldschoolrocker Awesomeness

  • How about posting the first song off the album?..Hot Head..tired of replacing my cd's at 20 bucks a pop.

  • @KathyKerr1 Sure, nada problema. Having some family probs so it may take a few days

  • Rock the balls offa' Jebus up there Frank!!... If anybody can..it's gotta be you...and Dimwit

  • @Darvoeyes100 Every day

  • Bit cheeky I know, but could you upload the rest of the album please? Can't get it in the UK... Even Itunes wont let me download. Any similar stuff would be good too! (In for a penny,.. lol)

    Many thanks

    J

  • @jceasteal Sure, I'll see what I can do

  • @jceasteal been looking too - you can get it on Amazon

  • I agree. I loved this album.

  • Oh yeah .... one of the best ever lost albums ever - anyone that loves rock and roll needs a copy of this one. Now as crazy as this sounds, I was in Europe last summer (2010). I went into the biggest CD store I've seen in years, and they had everything you'd ever want.... including about 20 newly reissued copies of Four Horseman's debut album. Why in France of all places, when we can't even find it in North America? Who knows. Cost - about 10 Euros ($15 Yankee dollars?) . Go figger.

  • @jcmosquito That sounds like a totally bitchin store I'd love to visit. It's good that Hard Rock and Metal is loved in the rest of the world.

  • @jcmosquito I have looked in every crook, craney, rundown, forgotten used "record' stores from Edmonton to Vancouver and back, no luck, hell I would have bought all of them !!! hope you got yourself a copy!! Rock on!!!

  • @jcmosquito I pay $20 Canadian for their cd's. replaced it 4 times.

  • @jcmosquito in Europe this music keeps having more fans, Grunge supposed a major impact aswell, but many of us remained loyal to the music we loved since children. In Madrid we have a Hard Rock music store called Sun Record where you can find this kind of jewels. I can imagine Amazone killed the music shops in USA

  • we absolutely love The Four Horsemen........We still live by their words and are waiting for them to do more concerts. We too love them and can't wait to see them in town again. Don't agree that they are not the greatest band that never made it/............not since they have had such an influence on us.

  • have always consider The Four Horsemen my reason to play and work hard... ya I was 20 once in the 1990 Never stopped the music in the heart...... Remember the fallen and let the music live on &on&on...........To all who love and hurt my prayers with you ."If so good why still broke" Miss your music ................

  • I have tape for this, still survive... then one day I found the cd in perfect conditions in a flea market in San Jose CA. the man sold it to me for $1...! I can´t describe all the satisfactions this music gives me... If the man knew it he would sold it to me by a thousand dollars. One of my favorite bands...

  • @ciscometal Every time I give 20 bucks for their CD some asshole steals it. I would buy a dozen at a dollar. Your a lucky soul.

  • show em for $2.00 in Davenport , Iowa!!! What a deal for such a kick ass band...Rock never Dies!!!

  • @kayprettykitty540 Damn right it doens't!

  • I use to kick it back stage,, they were all my friends..It's been so long. I miss Frankie.

  • @LAURIESUE62 Wow, that's awesome. You talk to any of them tell Em they got a fan in Kentucky that thinks they shoulda been as big as AC/DC and that they kicked epic ass.

  • loved them forever since i heard nobody said it was easy way back when i was a teen...........had to guy their cd at 30 dollars cuz i was saddened to see it was no longer in print. these guys represent what i love about rock

  • @neely0088 They represent what I love about Rock too. Back in the day I walked into a record store one day, and this incredible Hard Rock song I'd never heard before was playing (This was like 90/91 I was early 20s) and I was like "Who is this!?!?" The chick behind the counter thumped Nobody Said It Was Easy down in from of me. Been a huge fan ever since.

  • @neely0088 I've been looking for this everywhere too not knowing until recently why I couldn't find it because like you said it was out of print, and I just won my bid on ebay, lol, for this cd @ 10.50 plus 3.00 to ship it !! The best find in the world, in like new condition !

  • I think I got your point....

  • they are the best fuck zz top

  • they are the best fuck zz

  • they are the best fuck zztop

  • they are the best fuck zz

  • Probably one of the most honest bands I've ever heard. And yet still one the most balls-out, badass, doesn't give a fuck, bands ever too. Love these guys.

  • @f0xo9 What can I say, except that I couldn't agree more

  • Another Greatest Band To Never Make It Is the amazing Mind Funk. I challenge anyone to find a better grunge album than their "Dropped".

  • @longslidenyc Dirt by Alice In Chains

  • @karlmoles65 Dirt is not consistant enough. Every song on Dropped is amazing. It's heavy, stoner, grunge and mesmerising. It's just mostly an unknown band due to the fucked-up corporate industry of the business, check it out. Yeah though........... The body of Alice's and Layne's work is amazing.

  • @longslidenyc I prefer Dirt. But Dropped was great.

  • @karlmoles65 Cooly fuckin' high motherfucker. How about Blind Melon? Their first album is musically and classically amazing and Shannon Hoon's voice is like nothing else.

  • @longslidenyc Apparently we have differing tastes in music. I never saw Blind Melon as anything major or important at all, just another totally forgettable one hit wonder. My fave Grunge type albums Dirt - AIC AIC - AIC Apple - Mother Love Bone Above - Mad Season Superunknown - Soundgarden Badmotorfinger - Soundgarden Core - STP Purple - STP Collective Soul - Collective Soul Dust - The Screaming Trees And before anyone asks I truly hate Pearl Jam and am not a fan of Nirvana
  • @karlmoles65 Sounds to me like we're very close in taste actually. I've seen and am into every band mentioned and I AM WITH YOU on the Nirvana Pearl Jam thing. I liked Bleach a lot when it came out and when Nevermind came out it already had hype on it and I bought that the same day I bought Temple Of The Dog and I've never thought much of Nirvana since. So, I'll see your STP and Collective Soul and I'l raise it by Temple Of The Dog.

  • @longslidenyc Well that's cool. Problem with Temple Of The Dog is the Vedder Vox. I seriously dislike Eddie Vedder

  • @karlmoles65 Vedder only sang on one song on TOTD- The one song that got any air-play. It's always the one that makes it to popular that I usually find the weakest song on the album, however the one with Vedder is OK but the rest are sung by Chris Cornell and some are classics to me. The one song that was a one hit wonder off the first Blind Melon album that I am so fond of is the weakest song on that album. An album that is deep and diverse. Check out the song Change.

  • @longslidenyc Good points all around

  • What happed to this band? Had this album years ago and lost it! Now I can't get a copy in the UK, even Itunes wont sort me out. Love it, if anyone knows of a UK supplier, pleasle let me know? Pure rock, amazing!!

  • @jceasteal They never got 1/100th the fame or recognition as one of the greatest Hard Rock bands OF ALL TIME (Imo) that they deserved. Good luck finding a copy.

  • @Jordyxc If Your a male I'll pass, lol

  • A superb band, and a great album. I still have the vinyl copy. thanks for putting it up.

  • @MrCardelle Your totally welcome

  • wow!

  • wish I tunes canada would put it up......great band... even the second album rocks

  • @roblau004 Your right, the second album was awesome too

  • picked up this album when it hit the charts.... never heard a lick ,,, afraid it was a country album by its packaging...... i got a great surprize... a diamond.... unfortunate that the singer and drummer are dead....... rip dimwit and frank... your music entertained many...

  • Damn this is a great band...! Definitely gotta get some of their stuff. Anyone know where it's avaiable on the internet?

  • @masternelius Hi, gald You like them, I'll look around!

  • @masternelius If you are in US, Its on Itunes, Im unfortunately in UK and apple wont supply it. GUTTED!! I lost this album about 15 years ago, Fucking Awsome!!!

  • You are so right. One of the very best guitar jams ever!

  • Hellsbells, I saw these guys in '91, when they opended for the Black Crowes at Indy, in a little place called the Ritz... WOW.. Of course I bought the album straight away.. I heard the self imploded later but, I still like what they did..... Garage Rock at its best....

  • My brother brought this CD to a house party I was having back in '91 and after the first run through I realized I just heard the most rockin album ever, i played it non stop all night at max amp (the only way) and i didn't give a damn.

RIP Frank.....still the most rockin, speaker blowing album ever!!!

  • Hellllllllllllsyeah, Rock On!

  • thx for putting this up!

The Four Horsemen cd of this is in my truck player as I type this..still rocking it after all these years.

    great band..RIP Frank

  • Your Welcome!

It's by far My favorite song from the album.

  • I remember discovering this album by chance when it first came out. I must have played it a thousand times. I figured it would just be a matter of time before everyone else discovered them.

  • I bough My first cassette copy in a music store in 1991. Loved Em ever since. I do My level best to expose everyone I can to their truly awesome sound.

  • You have my thanks. Uploaders on YouTube have exposed me to all kinds of music ,past and present, I would never have heard otherwise.

  • I'd like to Thank You. This is exactly the reason I post songs, trying to bring awesome music to new generations. And when someone like You gets into the music I post it really makes My day, so thanks.

  • And this would be my other top 2 fav Four Horseman song....what a great album cover to cover.....Heavy gauge guitar, 100 proof is right!

  • As I was listening to this song, I suddenly remembered it was the song I blew my speakers to......

    Still worth it!!!!!

  • Hell yeah, if there was EVER a song worth trashing some speakers, this is it.

  • All the original cds are being re-released with extra material, new sleevenotes and pix on June 20th. Watch their new website on that date.
