Interesting vid. I ve been making neon tubes and neon bulbs all my life , its a lifelong love and hobby and has often been my job . I love it , theres nothing like it . I like to work with the very old-school colours , from before the advent of fluorescent coatings ( although I do use these ). Helium in a clear tube is little used now and gives a lovely golden - white. Also I am currently experimenting with very small ( 2mm dia ) tubes - miniature neon ! Thanks for the vid - it is magic !

lolz @ the cat at the end. My mother had one when they first came out, I hated that damn thing. Talk about useless....
