@indusrtial I recently measured the temperature of the water coming from the brewhead and it was only 88 C. While downtown Stuttgart yesterday I took my thermometer with me and had a good Italian coffee shop measure the temperature of water coming from their brewhead and they got 92 C. I think that my machine just isn't cranked up enough. To adjust the temperature you need this triangular screw driver head. I need to get that adjusted.
I wish I could figure out how to get good microfoam with my Giotto Evoluzione.....!

@markpianoman make sure the wand is not leaking, I noticed this to be most of the problems when microfoaming, when the barista is good.
