Very nice build. The 4BTs are awesome. I occasionally like to look on Craigslist or eBay for old Wonder Bread step vans or other step vans with the 4BT. You could get a good 4BT super cheap that way, although there seem to not all that many around any more. 93 Cummins 6BT here, and an 88 IDI/Navistar.

How did you insulate for noise, so that the cab noise doesn't deafen you in less than 5 minutes? :) Also, you can usually get a few more RPM's out of the 4BT so it's not quite so short feeling when shifting.

GREAT job! At one point, I had dreams of doing a 4BT conversion. However, the accounts I read said that it is a rather expensive endeavor, and I don't have the mechanical skills to accomplish such a task in a timely manner. That is one awesome truck!

Thanks, I Bartered for most of what it cost. Amd am a mechanic by trade, I kinda had a head start being that this is my second Cummins build.
