The 3 behind the hedge are Mion's little sister and what appear to be 2 teachers, all on Mion's side and frustrated that she is so hesitant.

Mion tries to share the 2-part prize with Keeichi as a way of broaching her confession.

He flees embarrassed.

yeah thanks. The ones at One Manga is not complete. So I go there to read the Higurashi Manga after I watched the anime(to get some answers). I was damn annoyed that some of the manga arcs were not conplete. Example, one arc refers to the Rooftop Battle,but the previous one had nothing on it.......it hasn't got to that part...
