@killswitcher fair play but i believe playing for your country is bigger than some stupid arguement ,look at what Beckham put himself through at L.A.Galaxy, moonlighting in Milan just to try and wear those 3 Lions again in the World Cup. Bridge has shown us he's soft.
@Deaje beckhams form in milan has been poor , hes not the player he was , and would have took one of our better and younger english players place in the world cup squad ... and as for bridge , what happend was beyond football but as long as cole is fit hes not going to play anyway
@jj4rent I'm a fan of Beckham's but everything you've said about him is spot on tbh. I understand that Cole is England's preferred LB but that's no excuse to not commit your self to the cause. Imagine if our soldiers where to stop fighting wars because they don't believe in the cause?
@Deaje "moonlighting"? Poor Beckham eh, having to go and play his football for one of the greatest clubs in european history at one of the finest stadia in the world in a top flight league within a beautiful culture, rich country and obviously the wages are terrible too. Champions league football? what a nightmare.
He shouldn't be credited for it mate, its to his advantage in every way, including the prospect of three lions, its not like me moonlighting in KFC fro some extra cash.
@killswitcher He certainly doesn't have to put up with any ex mates F**king his ex wife, mother of his child. Your entitled to your opinion on your Youtube channel of course, but use your nugget mate. Bridge has shown us he "probably" deals in respect and morales. You call it a "stupid argument", thats debatable to say the least
Terrys a f**king dog, he should still be england captain, after all he represents everything that england is rite now.
@killswitcher I'm not backing Terry at all but abandoning your nation doesn't show moral's in my eyes on the behalf of Bridge, I would have respected him more if he dusted himself down and fought for what i assumed was his child hood dream, In this life you can't afford for the BS people throw in your direction to hamper your ambitions. If had that talent he has I'd be fighting for a start place on the field and be giving Terry air play and blank looks.Imagine how devastated he'd be if we Won it
@killswitcher LOL, Okay, you've got me on the Beckham front, I just believe footballers are so money driven nowadays that the honor of playing for your country has been trivialized, Wayne Bridge personifies this to me by rejecting the managers pleas to include him within the squad because of a disagreement with a colleague, England should be his top priority as a professional. Imagine a similar thing happened to you at work after you decided to date the office Bike, Are you going to Quit?
@Deaje Take everything youve said and turn it on its head. Bridges childhood dreams, ambitions, the honour of playing for england. Im sure bridge isnt getting a kick out of missing the world cup. All of these things are true and bridge has too much pride to put on a fake front and conform. Characteristics of a real englishman, he wears his heart on his sleeve. Point your frustrations at Terry mate.
@killswitcher Good point, I do blame Terry for the unrest in the England camp, I believe he should have been dropped from the squad never mind the Captaincy however i think we both recognize at the moment Terry isn't stopping Bridge fore-filling his world cup dream - Bridge is, My hope is that he can realize this in time to make the finals, My thoughts are still with him, but after losing so much he should value and fight for what he has in my eyes. I think that never say die spirit is lacking.
Yeah Bridge should just move on now...
