State laws protect the workers so workers, who work, know what they are going to get paid prior to applying for a certain job. The only way owners can get over on the workers is to change the state laws that protect the workers. This is why corporations are not allowed to fund and endorse candidates, however the corporate UAW is allowed to fund and endorse candidates and as a result forced two car manufacturers to file bancruptcy and the third makes junk... Toyota will be on top by the year end.

With free trade we have different concepts of management, such as Toyota, manufacturing here where there is no need for a Union... Free trade works...
