  • They're NOT PERFORMING.... they're just jammin' and dickin' around having fun.

  • This is some shit jamming, great band but this time they drove down a wrong street.

  • @pescadoygamba You're an idiot man.

  • KEITH RICHARDS IS VERY GOOD COMPOSER OF ROCK, BLUES BUT THIS VIDEO IS NOT WELL PLAYED

  • Ronnie,old bastard cunt.

  • yellow4494 your an idiot you and your mates get real live they dont cut it? They're legends your yellow4494

  • @mikewilcoxjams lil wayne is more popular than the stones. does that mean hes better? lol popularity doesn't mean shit. its an opinion, live with it fanboy

  • the ancient art of weaving

  • eurasian leperosy bear says yeah

  • the best for more time

  • This simply proves what I've said for years.

  • Fuck...this is music, people!

  • Absolute embarrassing rubbish.

  • @sail1948 That's why you sir don't understand music.

  • @thies1983 These two are supposed to be top shelf musicians. If you think that was anymore than amatuer 3rd rate crap you or most probably your ears require serious medical attention.

  • @sail1948 It's a JAM SESSION ffs. They could've been screwing around. It wasn't a performance. And even then it was great.

  • @Yellow4494 I know its a friggin jam session. But its CRAP.. Me and my mates make a better sound than that after a few spliffs and a bellyfull of beer. I dont begrudge them their fame and money, I love their studio albums but live they just dont cut it. The thing about their live gigs is that you are actually seeing the Stones, if you close your eyes and imagine you're in some pub on a saturday night then they sound like a run of the mill band. Long may you yearn to blow them all! :)

  • @sail1948 I would, too. And in my opinion they often sound better live than on their studio albums. Infact they're amazing live. After watching Ladies And Gentlemen, The Rolling Stones and hearing JJ Flash and Street Fighting Man, I was a little disappointed when I bought the album Hot Rocks because the songs sounded so different. But I've gotten used to their CD stuff and their live stuff and they're always great to me.

  • Anyone who is saying they sound crappy obviously need to have their ears ripped out of their head and replaced with better ones.

  • COOLEST THING IN THE FUCKING WORLD. KEITH AND RONNIE I LOVE YOU SO MUCH I'D BLOW BOTH OF YOU REALLLLLLY GOOD.

  • @Yellow4494 Then you'd be blowing a couple of pensioners most likely with serious erection problems. Incidentally, that jam session was pathetic.

  • @sail1948 I bet they have less erection problems than you.. And anyway this was just a random jam session. They could've been fooling around. They give their best in concert; doesn't mean they have to be perfect when they're practicing.

  • @Yellow4494 I've seen the Stones in concert and they are pathetic.

  • @carroanne1 You're a fucking imbecile. And I don't believe you. Any person smart enough to go to a Stones concert will enjoy the godly music they here while there.

  • @Yellow4494 If the stuff they play in concert is the best they can do then its about time they packed it in. You cant be serious about giving these wrinkly old geriatrics a blow job. LOL!!

  • @sail1948 Oh I'm serious.

  • @Yellow4494 Imagine that they were just a couple of regular old geezers. Would you still be so keen? Bet they wear stained old men pants.LOL!!

  • @sail1948 If they were just regular old men, then no I wouldn't. I don't find too many old men hot. Only really attractive and fit ones. And I'd do any Rolling Stone. Mick Jagger is the sexiest, then Ronnie, then Keith, then Charlie but I love them all.

  • @Yellow4494 Very honestly put! :)

  • @Yellow4494 they blow so ridiculously hard live that it's, errr, well... ridiculous. not to mention Brian Jones is thee only original stone as far as I'm concerned, fuck mick and keith, Brian was the one who set them apart with his middle eastern influence, w/out him, his band name, and all the material he supplied (let alone the entire collective sound) mick and keith would be nothing. and I stand by that

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 Well you should take into account that most of the songs were written by Jagger/Richards like "Wild Horses," "Midnight Rambler" (written only by Keith). And I don't get how people could honestly hate Mick.. He does almost all the lead vocals and you wouldn't even have these songs if it weren't for Mick's vocals. You'd have some great instrumentals because sure Richards and Jones and Watts are geniuses too. But all of them are amazing.

  • @Yellow4494 I can hate them because they are no talent hacks... they brought nothing new to the table, only brian did. The Rolling Stones was Jones's band and jones's band alone. he came up with the name, he pinpointed their artistic direction, and Mick and Keith (whether they had anything to do with his death or not) couldn't have cared less about his death, kept his band name, his girlfriend, and they ran their sound into the ground because they didnt have brian there to save them

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 Fine, hate them. But fyi they did care about Brian's death. Keith said he never saw Mick cry once except at Brian's funeral. And no Keith did not try to steal Anita. He stood aside and watched as those two were together and fought and beat each other and then when they were over Keith got with her. Brian had lots to do with creating the band, sure but he couldn't HANDLE the band like Mick and Keith could.

  • @Yellow4494 sure, cuz you know, you were there. you probably took that from works where each artist was involved respectively in the representation of their information, so idc. I have my opinion on it, if you don't agree, thats fine, but you will not sway me on this. I've researched everything I could before taking this position

  • @Yellow4494 and I blatantly disagree with everything you said about brian. he was a true musician, mick and keith were imitators no matter how you slice it, poor ones at that (talking about quality here, not money obviously)

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 You've never heard Keith Richards guitar playing have you child?

  • @theredraven several times actually. and he's nothing special, ESPECIALLY the riffs he has written. its an opinion, deal with it. sir brian jones mops the floor with him in every aspect of music

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 And what killer riffs did he come up with then?

  • @theredraven if you're asking me to list every riff brian jones ever came up with that I enjoy then you've got to be kidding yourself, you clearly have internet access so look it up, I don't have the time. the man could pick up and play any instrument he wanted and use it effectively in a song. he was the stones for me, I hated just about everything post sir brian jones, all sounded like reworked run of the mill rhythm and blues BS... can't stand it

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 Yes, "Gimme Shelter" is really just reworked run of the mill Rhythm and Blues isn't it?

  • @theredraven dude, its an opinion. and not necessarily just the sound, look at the chord progressions, the time signatures, the fact they just tried to imitate others(ie bobby jameson). lol I'm not gonna be swayed, i've listened to it all and I stand where I stand.

  • @theredraven yep, it sure is.

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 So just like most of Brian's stuff then yes? Run of the mill R and B I believe you said?

  • @theredraven dude... just shut up, you're being clever, you're not even saying anything important or relevant. brian was the one who brought middle eastern influence into the stones playing, far from simple rhythm and blues lol, fuck keith, fuck mick, the stones are hacks w/out brian, its my opinion. DEAL WITH IT

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 I don't have to deal with it since I'm not the one making stupid statements.

  • @theredraven lol well, actually you do. because like your comment "stupid statements", that's an opinion. just like how my opinion is that keith and mick are fucking hacks, and brian mops the floor w/ em. so yeah, DEAL WITH IT hahaha ya little fanboy

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 Bit rich of you to call other people fanboys.

  • @theredraven not really, takes one to know one lol. I'm absolutely a fanboy of sir brian jones, always will be. I take it as a compliment

  • @BigBrothersWatching2 He was never a Sir.

  • @theredraven he longed to be knighted, its out of respect. you're quite the little cunt

  • Now That's the stuff right there!!

  • ...and I thought his name is Ron Wood.

  • So cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Somebody have the partition of this jam?

  • A beautiful guitar is being played by Ronnie Woods is Gibson?

  • with a little practice they could really go places.

  • what a racket :s

  • Ronnie's on a nice L5 there.

  • @chooseyourblues I was going to post asking what they were playing. :) Keef's is an a 330 right? :D

  • @Nickpatient

No man that's a Gibson Super 400. Along with the L5 the Super 400 is about the most prestigious Jazz guitar Gibson makes. There would be a lot of Jazz Cats in seizures over this video. I love Jazz but I love the Stones too so it's ok... I think Keith and Ronnie have eared the right to play whatever guitars they want. After all who's gonna say to Keef... 'you can't play that'. He still caries heat man.

  • @chooseyourblues I love Jazz and the Stones too. I'm 16 and mainly only know modern rock music. I'm almost done reading Keef's book and I realize now that I need to learn me some blues. :D

  • @Nickpatient

Keith's book is a fantastic read for anyone interested in music, not just stones fans. I started on guitar at 13. By 16 like you I was getting really into Blues / Rock; Stevie Ray, 1st 3 ZZ Top Albums, Gary Moore etc. Then my thirst for blues was so strong I started way back before Robert J and crept forward. You will learn so much about music if you study the blues properly. In American music it is the top of the family tree. Rock, Soul, Jazz even Metal is all related to the Blues

  • @chooseyourblues I meant 350. I'm not even sure if that's right either though.

  • Frankie lets see you play

Post us all a video of you jammin and lets see all your platinum records too hell I bet we'd settle for a gold album! Go ahead and put it up or shut up

  • Comment removed

  • cool how the dislikes aren't even visible in the bar.

  • Have someone the tab of this video? thanks!

  • yeah OK' buddy you must know these loser personally ah? did you also smoke Crack ?

  • @frankiev1231 You are an idiot

  • Everytime I hear this I can never get enough of it x]

  • those are some cool old Gibson guitars they've got. What the hell are they? Byrdlands and a LS-6?

  • @IdolHans Model: Ronnie is playing an old L5 with a floating pickup, Keith's got a vintage blonde es-350 (a model closely associated with Chuck Berry) with P-90 pickups.

  • @frankiev1231 O right...I look forward to your debut with the Rolling Stones sometime very soon, then......asshole

  • @frankiev1231

Unless this being written by Satriani, Vai, Page, Clapton, or Malmsteen, GTFO.

  • @frankiev1231 "Loser guitar players". Really? They're the ones who warm the lives of millions and make millions doing what they love. What good do your comments accomplish? BTW just because something is difficult to play doesn't necessarily make it great. Could you have written "Satisfaction"? Case closed.

  • they suck !!!! easy crap" to play!! any where

  • @frankiev1231

    piss off :)

  • Yeah. I agree with the most of these posts. I loved the Stones as a kid and they wrote some incredible stuff but to listen to these two here now is very difficult and I realize how mediocre these two musicians are. Mick Taylor was a real guitar player. Only reason I think Keith Richards puts up with Ron Woods is he knows for a fact, Ron Woods pretty much sucks and will never be as good as him. Which isn't saying much.

  • Keith & Ron Weaving more like jerking off only 1 partner.

  • People can prefer Mick Taylor to Ronnie, but the truth is that Mick Taylor and Keith could never have sat down and jammed free style like this. That's why Ronnie is such a great fit with the Stones. He was a Stone long before he became a Stone.

  • OMG where did this come from??? This is like elivs in a way dont you think?

  • still the best can not get any better than this.

  • The best confirmation, that the universal language is the music

  • Ronnie is actually a grea musician. Played all the instruments on Maggie May for Rod Stewart and is a helluva a bass player- just listen to the bass lines on EMotional Rescue and Fingerprint File.

  • fuck all your hater comments, youll never go where they have gone.

  • much prefer keith richards and mick taylor

  • @kimatoz3 do mean they are GOD

  • for the ancient art of weaving purity, you got to go to Stones at Fort Worth, 1978, live, beast of burden, on you tube

  • @MMRJL coming soon to a theater near you!

  • In the book "Under Their Thumb" by Stone's associate & journalist Bill German, he describes how Ron Wood & he would make prank phone calls. Ron would check the classified ads for local bar bands looking for a guitarist, & then phone them. When they'd ask what experience he had, he'd say, "well, currently I'm working with the Rolling Stones, & I used to play with the Faces, & Jeff Beck...". He'd get that far & they'd hang up on him, thinking he was some kind of joker or goof, LOL.

  • @Smudgefizz

... meaning they have to stay together as a band - because nobody else would hire them?

  • @Smudgefizz Imagine how it was when the stones would book a gig in a bar under the new barbarians! you would walk into some dive little bar expecting some bar band, and then the stones would jump on stage and jam until the place got so outta hand they had to leave, they did this alot before a tour to tune up and get a small crowds opinion of new materialo before they took a show on the road, boy i wish i could've seen one of those shows!!!

  • @jroxx11211 I once walked into a club in Reseda, California called "Country Club" which mostly had country/western bands. Seated at the bar was Bob Dylan, George Harrison & Jesse Ed Davis. My friend & I nearly fainted. I nursed my drinks for a few hours hoping they'd get up onstage, but it didn't happen.

  • @esquibelle I lived in key west from '93 to '99, in '98 i was in ricks bar when jimmy page walked in drunk, he sat down n passed out for about an hour and a half, his bodyguard kept everybody away, when he woke up, he jumped up on stage while a bullshit bar band was playing, he grabbed a guitar n jammed 3 or 4 songs, then walked off the stage, he shook a few hands, mine included, then walked out, there was about 30 people in the bar, it was wild, hes my guitar idol and i'll never forget it!!!

  • @Smudgefizz What a great metaphor for 99% of the bands that ever tried to make it.

  • @Smudgefizz LOL. I LOVE HIM.

  • His name is Ronnie WOOD. Not Woods.

  • The wood and richards style too similar richards and taylor duo better suited for each other

  • This is not interweaving Richards or Wood could have both recorded the rythmn track & then both did an overdub of the lead, they both have the same style. Interweaving is what happened when him & Mick Taylor played together two complete different styles interwoven together.

  • @ChaliQ1 I'm sorry, but all of you are talking out of your ass. First all of you should do your research before making a comment. Richards', himself, calls the "ancient art of weaving," the act of him and Ronnie (NOT MICK TAYLOR) playing together; where both rhythms are weaved together, neither the lead or rhythm should be too discernible from one another...

  • @rolodexroulette You should delve a little further back in your research he said the same thing about Brian Jones & Mick Taylor he seems to say it about the guitarist of the moment. But what he & Taylor did is true interweaving & so it was with Jones also. He can't interweave with Wood in the true sense because there styles are so alike it's like playing with himself.

  • Roonie and Keef jamming! Fantastic blues improvisation!

  • @karmicsin1 you are a tool man listen too yourself, you think you r fuckin miles Davis or something???

  • blues ? RARE

  • la mejor dupla de la historia!

  • this is from a DVD??? Where you get this???

    is really cool man!!!!

  • What Keef calls "interweaving." Great stuff.

  • @nevikmoore This is not interweaving, interweaving is what he did with Mick Taylor. This sounds like he could have recorded the rythmn track himself & then the leads overdubbed. There is no difference in their playing.

  • As a guitarist may I say that It is a bit hard to just pug in and jam..Like I told many people who asked me to Play and Sing "I am not a jukebox" don't just hand me my guitar and say play.... it just will not happen...unless I am in the mood...I think ...or I know... the stones are the same....

  • @karmicsin1 You are a pussy then... I can play and sing at the drop of a hat its in my soul and my blood I guess you dont have the passion you puss.

  • @yumyumsashimi

Or you're just an arrogant douche...

  • why dislike?

  • They're simply great. My favourite couple of guitarists in a Rock band.

  • KEITH

  • That is music to my ears!

  • AWESOME!!

  • hiliouse

  • YEEAAAAAAAHHHHH lol

  • i wish i can play like that one day

  • @thisissway Give yourself a year. I'm sure you'll be able to surpass what they're doing.

  • @1spati i hope so:P

  • @1spati lold

  • @TheMagicEast lold....what language is that?

  • @1spati I 'laughed out loud' at what you said

  • @TheMagicEast Listen to Keith Richards. That isn't believable how a guy can play all his life and never advance

one baby step in guitar playing. Listen to the way he ends the jam. That is pathetic.

  • @1spati yeah i dont rate him much as a groundbreakin guitarist or anything, jus did the same basic blues thing over and over, theres a few nice runs in here mind you ;) i think he got famous more for the lifestyle/being douchebags

  • @1spati I agree with all you. All over it's the same chords in open tuning with add4 or add2 variations or the good ole blues shuffle. Nothing exceptionnal, I agree. And it's very odd that people consider him as a great guitarist. Still he created outstanding riffs with his axe, no matter how bad he's when it comes to soloing (he's really bad actually. Even is tone is bad to my ears. Bends are weak, often false, etc.). That's why I listen to the old rolling stones and fuckin enjoy it^^

  • @Harvesterofmetal I love Keith. I agree with you wholeheartedly. Keith and Mick have written incredible songs.

I consider Keith a songwriter. It's just that when he tries to solo, it pisses me off. Very Very bad.

December's Children, 12X5, Out of Our Heads, etc. Absolutely magical.

  • does anybody know where i could get the tabs for what keith was playing?

  • @MultiDoogz I think its just basic 12 bar blues.

  • i know that but I wanna find out what tabs and what not there playin

  • I wanted to jam with them but they're out of tune

  • Gear poooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorn !

  • love keith

  • Como tocan los dos que hijos de pu......!!

  • amazing. anyone crashing or thinks otherwise must be deaf.

  • FUCK YES.

  • I wanna play TOOO!!!! I would die happy if I could be sitting in between them jammin the blues!!

  • i got the banjo riff

    to throw in there..

  • i am in love with keith

  • @MikeyC613 You are not alone. I love him too - the way how he is playing and his smile is just awesome. He is still a hunk <3

  • @HighwayPistols 2 rock Icons is what is special about this moron

  • Nobody can deny that Keef loves Chuck Berry.

  • Senuous guitar playing. Keith & Ron Wood are probably the best plugged in guitarists around. They play off each other so brilliantly.

They call it weaving. We call it magic, and are just glad that they do

  • together them 2 are the greatest

  • God this is amazing! I love it! <3 Keef & Ronnie will kick major butt for all time! <3

  • the stones are great even without charlie!!!

  • I thought Kieth died at the end... thankfully not

  • I wish the Stones would make a Jam record...

  • @fc7alibi

    Hey...

they sort of have...and it called voodoo brew...

  • @fc7alibi What like "Goin Underground" or "Butterfly Collector" ?

  • MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @aussiefirestorm

you can suck my dick and bring also your guitar partner along...biatchh...

  • @dadasha1 Excuse me, but do you have a mental deficiancy?? What did I do or say to you to elicit that childish comment?

  • wicked!! they both fuck up along the way somewhere, but still sound better than i could hope for with my guitar partner!!! right on man right on!

  • @thegas70

you can suck my dick and bring also your guitar partner along...biatchh...

  • This one comes from the heart! Makes me wish they would still make records like this....

  • NICE! thank you! Coked or whatever, it's all good....Blues is sometimes better stoned.... :D

  • NICE! thank you!

  • ron wood is such an unsatisfying guitarist

  • The delicate art of weaving...
