I was Born in Paderborn, My father was posted there with the Army, sorry I have seen these before about 11 times. It's usually something to do with UK Ministry of Defence. Royal Artillery are based at Barker Barracks, the have things called UAV's or remote control moitoring with weapons ability.

There are a lot of MOD Test flights in the UK and Europe and 99.9% of UFO sightings are usually mistaken glimpses of a stealth military Aircraft.

what I mean by 'objects crushing horizontally' is a form of 'parallax effect', that being, from below a frisbee appears round.. a further 30m away the bottom of the frisbee appears a narrow oval shape.

dont get excited.. its a program similar to 'after effects' and its easy to do. this person does okay until about 0:14 then they stuff it up. after that moment the anomaly (mask) does not maintain correct physics, (as objects move towards the horizon line it should crush horizontally), this person has only decreased the scale thus resulting in incorrect composition of lights and the strange angle around 00:24 where he then conveniently tucks it in behind a building.
