Chick went from being a pagan cultist to being a Christian cultist. Christianity has roots in all the same bloody sacrifice rituals as described in the bible, "god" even ordering dad's to murder their sons. Supposedly all that stops at the New Testament, but my read of it is that Jesus was born to Herod's grand daughter Mary and Tiberius Caesar who was then claiming to be god. So Jesus was more literally "gods" son than people realize, the fleshy man god Emperor anyhow.

Most popular place I've ever seen Halloween celebrated was Beacon Hill Boston. Seeing how big Halloween is on Beacon Hill made me think about how elitist politicians rear their children into deception, wearing proverbial masks to cover their real essence. I don't think it's a huge deal. I used to celebrate Halloween with glee. What kid doesn't like candy... But there's definitely a time when people should examine where these "holidays" come from and why we still celebrate them.

Samael was the name of "the grim reaper".

Unfortunately the people who deny this message are unaware that the events that she describes are documented in history. The human and animal sacrifices and the death threats are real. just pay attention to the news on November 1, and you will see an increase in violent crime; ask any law enforcement officer, and they can tell you of their experiences on Halloween. One other thing to remember is that this lady is speaking from her experiences which none of you can deny.

@MrMartyBrown1 I can deny her because a lot of what she's saying is not factually correct. It's anecdotal and colored by her perceptions and beliefs. Just like you think that violent crimes go up on Halloween. I invite you not to just ask a cop [another anecdote], but to look at violent crime statistics. There you will find that you are mistaken (misdemeanors? probably. a lot of people drinking, etc. violent crime? no.).

Saying something doesn't make it true.

@JQLJ1 But that's just it. She _doesn't_ know a lot of what she's talking about. She gets facts wrong (there is no god of the dead called Samhain) and then she's making up (or repeating something she heard when she was a 'witch') other parts.

A lot of this medieval hocus pocus nonsense is childish. Oh, PS! Don't put that wreath on your door at Christmas or you're participating in a pagan ritual!

Im an 18 year old and yes I used to swear alot but, I found out its not worth it and is a sign of ignorance. But if some of those facts are just plain wrong, her whole premise is suspect. She purports to know a lot and you're just believing her without question.
