to make the colors on the mask you just copy the clip and make a new layer on top and then you just mask the copy'd clip and u add color to it.. its that simple =D
nice =) Hm, this has been bothering the hell out of me for a long time now^^ how do u get the colour so "dark" (Sony Vegas effect? o.O) and secondly, did you render the movie with 50 fps or lower?
Now do it while you're running around or during a smooth :)
