If you think about it (this might sound VERY heartless) L never showed compassion to a single person on this season. I dont think he may of ever even cared about the officers he saw them only as was to get kira not friends not companions but pawns to get where he wants. anyways L never showed compassion and he's going to start now? I think he may of only saw this as an oportunity to get light to spill it and say hes kira from all the emotions... think about it comment and let me see what u think

I disagree, think that regaurdless of knowing (yes, I said knowing despite him allways saying he's only '7 percetn sure' or whatever) that Light was Kira, he did genuinly feel SOME Sort of emotion for him, at least at times, and only towards the very end, but still.

mn...actually L does have moments when he shows what could be interpretted as compassion...when the first member of the task force is shot, (trembling hands on knees moment), when Aizowa(sp?) leaves etc...and he does say that Light is his first ever friend, (though whether or not that was true isn't actually revealed), which shows some sort of emotional attachment. But it's all debateable...then again L's ambiguity is what makes him such a fun character!

Did you forget how twisted Light was by that point? He was no longer trying to fix the world, he was trying to become a god, and had killed many innocent people by that point, including agents trying to do their jobs, and his own father, who was the ONLY one that was truly good in this entire thing.

Interesting concept... L wanting to "fix" Light... Or perhaps the other way around...? Anyways, wonderful job. I love the moment when the lyrics go, "When you lose something you can't replace, when you love someone but it goes to waste." The scenes you put there fit PERFECTLY. :D
