  • hi, nice color.... mind me asking what are the adjustment on the camera when you shoot this ...i have hv30 too

  • This is a great effort - I loved the titles - they make it look so professional and really movie-like. And a great concept - with so little budget required - just shows how you can lift something up with really great titles and careful, considered use of the camera, and an absence of bad quality sound - really enjoyable - thanks for sharing.

  • WOW!!!!! Really amazing, I enjoyed very much watching it. A friend of mine has got a HV30 Camcorder and now I want to tell him to record a short film as yours!!

  • Jó ötlet, hogy az utólagos kameramozgásokkal hitelesebbé tettétek az idő megállását

  • one of the best hv30 shorts ive seen!

  • great job

  • cool

  • that was kool nice job :P

  • I can recognise the Jumanji score anywhere ;)

  • What a wonderful film!

  • nice intro with the text and all. also, good job with the dramatic color changes

  • My only issue with the footage I have seen for this camera is the choppy motion. Everything else seems remarkable.

  • Yeah, the picture is so dropped, but it's a youtube error. When I uploaded this movie, then youtube doesn't liked the XviD 1280x720p codec.

  • :):) do you use any adapter on the camera?

  • Nothing, only a Raynox 6600 Wide ange lens.

  • Wow! This is a huge step up from all these other short films on Youtube. Great Job! Have you tried entering it in any festivals?

  • Not yet :) and we don't plan it, 'coz this movie was made 1 year before. Now we're filming another short film, and perhaps that will be entered :)

  • great idea :D

  • 5 STARS!!! The temperature was -8°...I was wondering where everyone was. Very nice work!

  • What mode did you record in 24P?

  • We didn't captured the movie in 24p, because it was a Canon HV30. Only the Canon HV40 capture in 24p.

  • @CineTimes Umm, hv30 does record 24P....

  • Oh, I know, you thing about an NTSC model. My PAL HV30 can only 25p or 50i.

  • How Did you make the stop effect? i mean when people doesn't move and the protagonist instead was moving around them

  • Watch the "How to make: RealTime" in my movies with English subtitle! :)

Simply about the effect: After Effect + motion tracking :) All of the stop scenes are still JPEG-s with mask around.

  • WOW!!!

Did you use a Canon HV30 for this movie?

I was thinking of getting an HV30, but its too expensive :(

But anyway, absolutely STUNNING movie!! =D 5 Stars from me, definately *****

  • very nice!!

  • nice work!

  • When the guy got shooted in the head , i said !OWNED!.

But then the other guy rewind the time.

Nice Work man. But i dont understand why intead of shooting him dont ask for the watch ^^

  • Yeah, good idea :) we don't know why :D maybe the shoot is more interesting for the wacthers :P

  • wow really awesome, the best video of its kind I've seen on YouTube. How much does this camera?

  • woow, thanks the nice words :) The camera was about 1500 $, I bought it here, in Hungary.

  • did you record this video in SD memory or on DV tape ?

PS: the movie is so cool :)

  • Thanks, dude! :)

We recorded the video onto DV tape :)

  • Are your dimensions 1440 x ????

  • No, I stretched the ratio from 1440x1080 to 1920x1080 (full HD). This youtube verison is only 1280x720p.

  • what were the rendering settings if you dont mind me asking

  • The rendering settings was this: HD Mpeg2 1980x1080p, 25fps, 25Mbps, sound: mp3 layer 384 kbps.

    The HD DivX for internet: 1280x720p, 4Mbps, 25fps, sound: 128 kbps mp3

  • what len (s)

  • Raynox 6600 wide 0.66, yeah, its very cool.

  • man i watched this video just now and became a fan of yours...

I just started working on Premier Pro CS4 and have AE CS 4 as well but I'm a noob in this way so kindly guide me how to get that colors and how to make a title clip like this, it's simply amazing n professional

    thanks in advance

    Faisal

  • Wow, you did a really great job. What editing softward did you use for your color correction and time freezing?

  • Thx ;) we used the Adobe Premiere PRO CS4 in the cut, and After Effect CS4 in the Fx's and time freezing. The colors are "Curves" in AE.

  • you did a good job
