Even still the deer would have bled out in less than a minute. Good video. Where exactly are you hunting, In Tennessee the deer rarely ever come out in bad weather.
If you dont hunt deer they overpopulate... When that happens they come into where you live. Then they get hit by cars. Then they get sick. And they poop everywhere. That was the aftermath of not hunting.

That was no gut shot. It would have been a perfect double lung broadside shot. It looked as if it was quarting away and i would be suprised if you didn't cut the heart. I do know anatomy, my degree says so.

I have feeders out on my property. do i hunt them? no. but i hunt the trails going to them and from them. if we are going to get technical about it, its not any different then the people who hunt over food plots, corn fields, hunt acorn flats, water sources, or bedding areas. good shot btw. nice doe.
