I agree with the caller. I have a green bottle theory. If it's in a green bottle I generally like it. I like anything in a green bottle, Hieneken, Becks, Stella, Urquell. Only exception to my theory, is like Rolling rock, that shit tastes like creamed corn, horrible beer.
But I generally love the skunky flavor of a green bottle beer. Becks is my number one go to beer, 11 bucks a 12 pack, good alcohol content, nice German style flavor that I really enjoy.
Hey man I read a few articles about green beer. Green bottles provide no protection from light! Apparently green bottled beer can become light struck by even fluorescent lighting in a matter of hours. Beats me why they still use them.
