Actually GTS 250 beats the 4850 in 90% of game benchmarks.

So according to you unless you can afford a top of the line, bleeding edge gaming computer you shouldn't bother playing games at all, right? I have news for you, if it wasn't for mainstream gamers most of the games you like to play with the graphics and special effects cranked up to maximum wouldn't exist because there aren't enough ultra high end gamers out there to justify the development costs.

really? I got my vista 32-bit machine last year and I found it wayyy smoother than xp. Oh, and a month ago, I got a high end laptop with Vista 64-bit and THAT is waaaay smoother than Vista 32-bit. So Vista-64 vs XP can't compare.
