That promo has to be a kinescope directly off of the network line, and kinescoped well outside of wherever the promo actually originated (NY? Hollywood?). The "audio quality" is how network TV (and network radio) used to sound in the old landline days decades ago!

I did some checking, and some of the original 14 episodes are in the UCLA TV archives, but you would only be able to view them there. CBS destroyed many old shows that weren't sold for syndication, so it's a surprise to me even one of these remains.

Too bad we can't see any episodes of the short lived series "Peck's Bad Girl" here at youtube. What a talented cast: cute young Patty McCormack & veteran character actor Wendell Corey.  Oh well....this short but sweet clip is better than nothin' at all! THANKS for sharing it! :)
