Great video Most of the chiropractors were using upper cervical adjustment moves. The Only one wasn't with palms down on the upper back. I hope now they are exclusively upper cervical only .The good upper cervical adjustments don't twist the neck while adjusting and none did this in this video. My superb upper cervical doctor learned there and does the light toggle recoil and uses x rays and instrumentation .also using Tytron c3000.
