basicly used two PC controllers and in the controller setting switched Player 2 controls to the second controller. So on for Players 3 & 4. Then in game just do it like normal each player pressing start to join
To the guy with the CMP... FOLLOW LOCK-ON: means you have to hold AIM and *target* up to 4 enemies, then let go of aim and it will follow... your 4... lock-ons (targets) :P

We were using crappy Phillips Recoil USB gamepads. I hate this things but dont have the money to get good ones yet
