should have been huge then, should still be big - instead only a few lucky souls have experienced the greatness of Tyketto. I can't listen to the debut enough.
In 1996 Daniel was so dissillusioned with the state the music industry, he was ready to give up.I wrote a letter (including SIN) to an Atl. radio station that was the biggest station in the south (over 22 mil) telling them Daniels story and how he felt. They played standing alone at 7:00 am(peak time) called me...live and told me as far as they heard,he had made it. They had 32,000 calls asking where they could pick up SIN. PEOPLE COULD NOT FIND IT! The record co. dropped the ball, consistantly!
Some Tyketto news. The band will be doing a live show with the ORIGINAL BAND LINE UP circa 'Dont Come Easy' on a world-wide internet broadcast on Sat. 26 November. The show will be aired from the East Coast but everyone around the world will be able to buy a ticket to watch the band perform live. Go to this link for information and then click the connecting banner for live broadcast information. tyketto.de
@mrsdannyvaughn YOU MEAN WITH STEVE AUGERI? He was an original singer for them back in the 80s and I was totally shocked to discover I had been a fan of Augeri's for much longer than I knew. His 90s band Tall Stories released a new album a liitle over a year ago. It was his way of proving the throat issue was Neil Schon control BS. As far as Tyketto is concerned though, Vaughn is a very good match for them. Its like Royal Hunt and how they keep finding great leads.Great bands ALWAYS DO!
C'mon dammit only 3704 views for this classic? Damn you grunge bullshit...because of you Tyketto never went anywhere...if this song had been released a couple of years earlier right now I'd been writing a comment on one of the most well known power ballads...hail Tyketto...hope to see them live here in Greece!!!
@BlackmorefanFender Well said, GRUNGE BULLSHIT. couldnt have said it better, grunge ruined rock, nob head sloppy playing with the mother of all gobshites KURT CANT FACE LIFE COBAIN leading the pack. In my oppinion between the years 1980 to 1992 music was at its best, the 70's had the best tracks but musicality took a big leap up in the 80's, there is no doubt that the best musicians in the world were and still are 80's rock musicians.
@VicaCOBHC Hello Blackmore fan! Ritchie is a big fan of my TOTALLY MUSIC ARTIST CHANNEL and is an official friend of it. I actually think his newer stuff is much better than Deep Purple. Its good to find some europeans that follow classic American rock! I am an oldschooler but personally know Nightwish, Epica, Delain, Sabaton AND ALL OF THEM from my involvement in the ProgPowerUSA event.. Our prayers are with all you in Greece over the NWO takeover attempt of that land.God save your nation dude!
Hey Louvers, thanks for posting this up. This band has gotten a lot of play on satellite radio in recent months, Hair Nation in particular. This really is a great power ballad. Unfortunately, Tyketto came onto the scene just a little too late.
I remember driving around , blasting this tune at top volume. Damn I miss music like this!

They're another great band that didn't get much deserved notice because of the finicky and trend following masses called fair weather fans.
