Yes. I read this in the tapperstry forum: "If you don't like the audio compression that YouTube is using, mix a 19k sine wav into your audio. The sine wave will keep the compression down, and will be filtered out of the final audio, so it won't be heard."

Youtube seems to use a very inferior limiter.
It has become a very awful sound.
Former sound is a very cool sound.
