itunes>edit>preferences>genera­l than i enabled ringtones clicked ok and i had a ringtones folder

Hey man I am new to this it works just like you show in your video. But when I make new a custom ringtone and sync it to my phone the new one will be on their but all of my old ones are gone and it also deletes my apps. If you have any idea on how to fix this please let me know thanks

...go to your itunes homepage...on the top left...click Edit...choose Preferences...and check on the ringtones box...click OK...and the ringtones tab will be under your library...

ok i did all the steps in ur video. however, when i try to drag the ringtones i created from the "ringtones" tab to my "iphone"; it doesnt let me. the ringtones are under ringtones but do not sync into my iphone. any help?

Drag them into ringtone folder in library, not right onto the iphone.

You need an iphone converter to do that. Real Player offers a pretty good one for free.
