@babalavito75 like, open your mouth and say ahhh.... om and aum pretty simple. Root chakra chant, youtube, then sacral chakra chant, etc, all 7 out there, gota use thier first name and chakra chant to find em.

solar plexus is #3, this video called it the navel.. Love the chants, i saved em years ago, still use them..

Chanting tones is very important to those seeking the information in all things.

None of these are needed in order to open your chakras correctly You dont have to say Lam for the root chakra,you dont even have to chant anything,you can use whatever chant you feel works best. It differs from person to person

The hand signs don't do anything either,even if they did,a closed fist would make more sense for the Root Chakra since it's about security and connection with the mother earth and grounding At the most that hand sign you did could apply for the 2nd chakra
