The smoker's tongue attack should have caused Louis to be wrapped.

Wrapped is when a move for example, if the Pokemon has the move call wrap or any move that causes it, the Pokemon will be wrapped, causing it to take damage each turn.

If Louis were to be wrapped from the smoker's tongue, it would make sense, because, the tongue looked like it was wrapped around him. Not the smoker to just cough and not let him take damage.

If you're making another Pokemon like flash, keep this in mind.
