Nope. E3 showed the upcoming Halo movie. Unless I'm mistaken but I am pretty sure it was the Halo movie shown at E3 because if you go to Bungie you'll see an article about the E3 thing.

And the conference that showed the Halo 3 trailer happened even before E3 actually started, this was not unreleased.
