Yeah Han shoots first. But George Lucas wanted Greedo to shoot in the new editions to make Han a role model for kids. BUT IT JUST MADE HIM LESS BAD-ASS. stick to the original editions kids their way cooler

In the Super Hyper Special Edition of the films, Han shoots third. Greedo shoots twice, misses both, and then Han shoots back finally.

Han shoots FIRST because he has a quick draw like the cowboy from the Dollars Trilogy. Oh and the game looks pretty amazing from the POV of what they did with the consoles hardware. Gotta love this old school games, they are still re-playable and now they are played for the gameplay and not the graphics.

not to be a douche or anything, but in one of the versions of the movie, greedo DID shoot first. you can see the laser bolt ricochet off the wall near his head. once again, im not sure which version. i think it was te new remastered one. but the original all the way: han shoots first.

lol couldn't agree more about the so called "Special Edition" butchery. I remember being wowed by this game when it first came out. Just goes to show what we made do with back then. Fun game but the 2600 could never do justice to such a special effects extravaganza.

I used to love this game and thought the graphics were amazing. Sometimes I'd just fly around and survive long enough to see the Death Star get finished. That was harder than blowing it up.

That extra man sound effect is R2D2. Also, if you push the joystick while in light speed, then it starts making those random beep noises which I always assumed were R2. At least I always wanted to think that - but maybe it's really just a glitch.
