Im trying to do the same I have 2 acer laptops both are semi broken so i was gonna switch the parts for ones that are working. But when I tried to take out the mother board, the part where the fan is at I really cant get it out. Do I have to unscrewanything else that I should know about or should I just push it out?

if there is no screws left, it does take some force to get it out. try lifting the part of the board facing the front and pulling out, that's how mine went
