@al3dx usually you dont bore it out that much, originally its 84mm, you can go as far as 86mm, but 85mm is usually considered the maximun safe overbore, so no much gain to be had there ... but you can stroke it from the original 75mm to 89.6mm using a m54b30/s52b32 crank. so you can have 2997cm3 without the need to overbore. cheers.
