Watching it helped me to understand last weeks and this weeks concepts a little more. The speakers point out the importance of creating a culture of creativity. But managers must establish controls around creativity. Most importantly, managers can create a culture for innovation but it must also be a habit.

@WarriorWaiting you're right to a point. many managers / owners want the innovation but cannot deal with ideas and approaches that challenge their way of thinking. part of the innovative process should incorporate that consideration, but if the decision maker is not prepared no amount of innovation would be embraced.
