Holy crap when the makeover was done I thought it was a joke were they made uglier hair.Next I relized it wasn't i personaly like long hair and her hair was amazing:)Now she looks 35 and aged ugly....feel bad for her.If I happend to have that happen to me i'd take the scissors and cut half his hair off then spray chemicals at him haha idk why:)

Most of the time, shorter hair is more flattering, but with her face shape she looked a lot better with longer hair. It's like he just completely disregarded he facial shape and did whatever he wanted. :|

I don't see how ANYone could EVEN say she was prettier before! What, when it was a long mess?! You would have to simply have a "long hair at all costs" agenda or mindset to think that way. She has quite obviously gone from a long mess (which looked like a 35 yr old trying to look 17) to a beautifully styled and confident looking young woman.of about 25!

i think it would have been better if they left her hair long with some layers in to soften her look. The bob is a good hairstyle, but few people can pull it off and in this case I don't think she pulled it off that well. Unless they gave her a new fashion wardrobe, then she could pull off the entire look

Agree, lots of hairdressers love to show their "talents" choping down hair on other peoples heads. The first one who needs a haircut its the hairdresser, his hair looks terrible. Besides they need to understand not everyone is posh or has the time and skill to keep a haircut.

Hair is dead. Allowing it to grow is like letting earwax accumulate, or not using using toilet paper. People with hair excrete it in public. You can find it anywhere - on floors, upholstery, in food... It's disgusting.
