I did 2 tours in Iraq and got extended an extra 90 days. KBR making money takes precidence over the safety of the troops. I lived in the sticks in the desert just near the Syria/Jordan/Iraq borders and KBR was reluctant to help us build clean living facilities, but they were more interested in picking up the laundry and charging the tax paters $100 a bag and that shit still wasn't clean!

I disagree, John McCain thinks they've been brainwashed. But when they gave Ron Paul more money than any other candidate a few years, it's pretty clear they aren't brainwashed and that McCain was basically making stuff up about them. There are some brainwashed soldiers who believed whatever the government told them, but I bet most of them thought Ron Paul knew better. On the other hand, a lot of the American people got brainwashed in believing Obama was actually going to change things.

I am a huge Ron Paul supporter too and campaigned door to door for him. But, I don't believe a majority of our military supports him over McCain. I have never met anyone in the Military that agrees with Ron Paul even remotely on foreign policy. I would say that Ron Paul military supporters were out there and the few there were passionate since they raised $257,000 but we are not talking about a majority. Let's not kid ourselves.

Remember that Ron Paul is a veteran too. Service members respect him. There are quite a few videos here at YouTube of service members speaking about Ron Paul and why they support him.

I did 2 tours in Iraq and got extended an extra 90 days. KBR making money takes precidence over the safety of the troops. I lived in the sticks in the desert just near the Syria/Jordan/Iraq borders and KBR was reluctant to help us build clean living facilities, but they were more interested in picking up the laundry and charging the tax paters $100 a bag and that shit still wasn't clean!

They aren't allowed to say "I don't want to fight" or "this war is a mistake, pull me out". Sad thing is, I have served in Iraq and lost two friends to that war. And a lot no one wants to be there, no one gives a shit about the place because if you speak to iraqi's they were better off under saddam, people had business's, people had lives, ok he was a dictator, but from the feed back I got it was highly exaggerated in our news, just like everything about Iraq was exaggerated.
