And for the record, in the new world people not only speak English, but they also speak Spanish, French (Canada right), and many other languages that you probably don't know nothing about. I, like many Americans, am interested in French music and culture and to better understand it, I have to learn the language.

I demand subtitles for the same reason you demand that I learn French. BTW, when I was in Paris, a LOT of the natives understand AND speak English. Nationalism is a 19th Century delusion.
